π Crypto-security: the rules of account protection
β Crypto platforms pay maximum attention to securing users' data and funds. But it is equally important for users themselves to adhere to the main rules of crypto-security to avoid becoming a victim of scammers.Β
1οΈβ£ Create a strong password. It is important that the password is complex and unique, consisting of different symbols, numbers, and letters in upper and lower case. Never use the same password for different sites.
2οΈβ£ Enable two-factor authentication. An extra layer of protection to increase the security level of your account. 2FA can be implemented using SMS, email, or the Google Authenticator app.
3οΈβ£ Do not share passwords and private keys. Never share passwords and private keys with third parties.
4οΈβ£ Use secure devices and networks. Make sure you're using a secure computer and secure network to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
5οΈβ£ Check IP addresses and active sessions. Monitor the IP addresses that are accessing your account. On S-Trade Exchange, you can go into your settings at any time and see the sessions with IP addresses that have access to your account.Β
π§ If you notice suspicious activity, delete that session and notify S-Trade support at support@s-trade.com or create a ticket in the Support CenterΒ section.
Stay with S-Trade, there's a lot more to come π
