# How to find out my login?

It is necessary to write to the general chat (personal cabinet tab "Support" or email: support@s-group.io ) , and indicate the e-mail assigned to the account.  
Our managers will inform you of your login to enter the system after you send a selfie to the chat with a document confirming your identity and a sheet with the date of application.
