# I forgot my account password

1. If you have forgotten your account password, you must click on the **"Forgot your password**?"  
2. After that, enter the email to which your account was registered (if you do not remember your email, you can send a request to the technical support department indicating your login and a selfie with an identity document and a sheet with the date of application)  
3. Click on the button **Send a link for recovery**
4. You will receive a letter from S-Group in your e-mail, in it you need to click the Reset Password button (password reset)  
5. On the page that appears, you need to enter your email, and the new password, repeat the new password, and click "Reset password"
