2️⃣ Before making a deal, carefully review the user's account, rating and reviews.
3️⃣ If you sell cryptocurrency, the sale amount will be frozen for the period of active transaction. As soon as the buyer sends you a payment and you confirm it, the amount will be sent to his balance. If the transaction is canceled, the amount will be returned to your balance.
4️⃣ When buying assets, pay attention to the payment fulfillment time - the period for which you need to send funds to the seller. If you do not have time, you can write to the chat and warn about it. Otherwise, the seller can close the transaction and file an appeal.
5️⃣ There is an internal chat for direct communication with the buyer or seller. Please keep communication only there and do not go to third-party messengers.
6️⃣ In case there is a dispute between you and another user, there is an option to file an appeal by stating the reason and providing evidence, after which the support team will intervene to help resolve the situation. Assets from the transaction being appealed will be blocked for the duration of the proceedings.
🔔 Please note, before filing an appeal, make sure it is not frivolous. Otherwise, the account may be blocked.
7️⃣ When buying cryptocurrencies on P2P, you can cancel an order no more than 3 times. If you cancel orders more than 3 times, the ability to buy assets on P2P will be limited for 24 hours.
8️⃣ If you change your account password, access to P2P transactions will be restricted for 3 days.
