Re-registration of an account in case of the death of a user
To re-register an account in the event of an investor's death, send the following to your Top Leader:
- user login
- death certificate
- data of the new user (name, e-mail, phone)
- selfie with passport and death certificate in one photo
- photo of a document confirming the relationship of the deceased with the heir
Also, you have to provide these documents to your Top Leader, and the application for the transfer of your personal account will be processed.
