Re-registration of an account in case of the death of a user
To re-register an account in the event of an investor's death, send the following to your Top Leader:
- user login
- death certificate
- data of the new user (name, e-mail, phone)
- selfie with passport and death certificate in one photo
- photo of a document confirming the relationship of the deceased with the heir
- Also, you have to provide these documents to your Top Leader, and the application for the transfer of your personal account will be processed.
